ORDER INFORMATION – Ordering from Little Hathi is easy and all our products can be viewed and ordered via our secure online shop at www.littlehathi.co.uk. You can place and pay for your order on-line, a hassle free method of ordering which can be carried out any time of the day and any day of the week. All payments are processed by Sagepay payment server which offers the highest level of security. Order by post – You can send us a cheque payable to Babipur, just place the items you require in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, when the payment option screen appears choose ‘cheque’ as your payment method. Please ensure you include the postage charge of £2.49 and send it to the below address. Babipur, 10-12 Bank Place, Porthmadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9AA Payment Method Credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro Cheques: Please make cheques payable to Babipur – writing your home address, cheque card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque. Goods will be dispatched once funds have been cleared by our bank. Bank transfers also accepted upon request VAT All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, charged at the applicable rate. Dispatch Time Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and payment of an order, subject to stock availability. Delivery will be by 1st class Royal Mail or courier which usually takes 1 working day. Fraud Prevention We are fully aware that online fraud is a serious issue and we have effective anti-fraud precautions in place. Anyone attempting to defraud our online shopping system will be pursued and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We will only send orders outside the UK to the cardholders address unless prior contact is made to arrange a different shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions that are deamed suspicious by our fraud screening process. Returns Policy We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item for any reason this can be done within 14 days of the date of dispatch, so long as it remains in an unmarked and saleable condition at your own cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a reference number for the return prior to sending it. We will then provide a copy of the return address and a cover email. We will refund the price of the item and if the item is faulty the cost of the return delivery to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. Trade Description We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur.
